How the Padzo Wallet Works

Our Pro and Popular plans use a simple pay-as-you-go model for ultimate flexibility. You only pay for the students you actively manage each month.

  1. Recharge Your Wallet: Start by adding funds to your secure Padzo Wallet (minimum recharge is ₹1,999).
  2. Automatic Deduction: For every student with an active booking in a given month, we deduct a flat fee of just ₹5 from your wallet.
  3. Unlimited Growth: There are no other hidden charges. We'll notify you when your balance is low so you can recharge and continue seamlessly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as an "active student"?

An active student is any student who holds a confirmed booking for one or more days within a calendar month. If a student's subscription expires and they don't renew, you won't be charged for them in the following months.

Can I switch between plans later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade from the Starter to Pro or Popular plan at any time directly from your dashboard. You can also subscribe to or cancel the Popular plan's monthly/yearly subscription as needed.

What happens if my wallet balance runs out?

We will send you multiple reminders when your wallet balance is low. If the balance reaches zero, your account's premium features will be temporarily paused until you recharge. You will never be charged more than your wallet balance.
