Welcome to Padzo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Padzo website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Padzo is a technology platform that connects individuals ("Students") seeking study spaces with libraries, reading rooms, and co-studying spaces ("Libraries" or "Library Owners"). Our Service facilitates the discovery, booking, and management of library seats and related services. Padzo acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the operation of the Libraries or the conduct of Students.

2. User Accounts

2.1. Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Terms for Students

3.1. Booking and Payments

When you book a seat through Padzo, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Service. All payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the specific Library you book, including their rules on timing, conduct, and use of facilities.

3.2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual Library Owners and will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Padzo is not responsible for refund disputes, though we may facilitate communication between Students and Library Owners.

3.3. Code of Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully and responsibly while using a Library's premises. Any violation of a Library's rules may result in the termination of your booking without a refund and potential suspension of your Padzo account.

4. Terms for Library Owners

4.1. Listing a Library

By listing your Library on Padzo, you agree that all information provided—including pricing, amenities, hours, and photos—is accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for honoring all bookings made through our platform at the price listed.

4.2. Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for Students. You must comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to your business operations.

4.3. Payouts

Payouts for bookings will be made according to the payment schedule and terms outlined in your Library Owner dashboard, after deducting any applicable service fees charged by Padzo.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Padzo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. Padzo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to disputes between Students and Library Owners, personal injury, or property damage occurring at a Library location.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Padzo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
